All staff at Sixteen Plus clearly support the YP’s they house to the best of their ability and genuinely care about their welfare and development. Professional communication is exceptional, and they are always willing to support Risk Management Plans which more often than not put a lot of responsibility on the Sixteen Plus staff. Most supported accommodation providers could certainly learn from the ethics and practices of Sixteen Plus.

I would like to say that in my experience, Sixteen Plus provide a safe and stable home environment for young people, whom are suffering emotional trauma and where relationships with their families have broken down. The management team have an understanding of the issues that young people are faced with and are creative in trying to manage this with a focus on achieving positive outcomes. Management always attends risk management meetings and are always contactable should issues arise. The communication between the placement and other professionals working with the young people is excellent!
