From enquiry to placement

Our team speaks with professionals and, where appropriate, the young person to clarify needs and expectations.

Decision and placement plan
If suitable, we agree transition arrangements, initial goals, risk plans and communication expectations.

Welcome, monitor and review
We support settling-in, review progress and maintain open communication with the professional network.
